Cabernet Franc: The wine you didn't know you needed 

This 2023 Cabernet Franc was produced using grapes sourced from the Victoria wine region of Sunbury 

Production is limited with less than 850 bottles produced.

The Winemaking: Hand-picked fruit 

The parcel was split into two components; one-third was sealed in a picking bin to undergo full carbonic maceration for three weeks, after which it was destemmed and fermented until dry. The remaining two-thirds were destemmed and wild fermented, with gentle hand plunging 

Nine months of barrel ageing in seasoned barrels allowed the wine to complete full malolactic fermentation.

What To Expect: Smashable juicy flavours 

This is a lighter style Cabernet Franc that is fruit-forward.
